CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

All trips cancelled within 14 days of departure time are subject to non-refund. If your trip is cancelled by the Captain due to bad weather, you will be refunded or have the option to reschedule. 

• Your deposit is required by credit card, check, or cash to secure the trip.
• If you are only paying the 50% deposit, your balance is due upon the completion of your trip and can be paid by credit card or cash/check.
•  You are welcome to add a tip for your captain/mate on your credit card or tip in cash (20% is customary for the mate).
• All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be done through your captain by phone or email communication.
• Your trip will leave out of the Safe Harbor Outer Banks Marina located in Wanchese, NC.

*For anything booked through FISHINGBOOKER : Cancellation policy is a 14 day policy. Deposits are charged at time of booking and remaining balance/tip for the mate will be due on the day of the charter.
